The most commonly tools that is used for playing DOTA is these tools that i have listed below with links so that you can download them.
Dota Inventory Hotkeys:

Press Alt and letters instead of using Numpads
alt + q = 7
alt + w = 8
alt + a = 4
alt + s = 5
alt + z = 1
alt + x = 2
Warcraft 3 Tools:
http://two.xthost.info/wc3mefhisto/war3tool.zip
Shows hp, disable window key, backpack keys and much more.
